The first major Valorant tournament of the 2025 Valorant Champions Tour season is over, with T1 triumphing over G2 in the grand final.
The 2024 VCT season ended in August 2024 with Chinese powerhouse EDward Gaming taking the crown and $1 million home at Valorant Champions in Korea.
Since then, numerous team changes across the top VCT leagues have taken place, with G2 clawing their way into the grand final despite having to Ascend into the league in order to get there. But, despite their long journey, T1 denied them a Masters win in an incredibly tense overtime on the very last game of a 3-2 set. It was one of the closest finals in Valorant history.
It’s already an exciting year for Valorant esports, and the sky is the limit for the new dynasty of teams that have established themselves in 2025.
Here’s everything you need to know about how VCT Masters Bangkok 2025.
