NA LCS match predictions and game analysis for Week 4, Day 1

It is clear that Counter Logic Gaming are not at the top of their game, however, they remain able to defeat the low-mid tier teams. Unfortunately for them, Echo Fox are no push over, currently 4-2 in the standings. While Echo Fox lost a crucial game against Team Liquid earlier in the week, losing their sole possession of the top spot, their performance remains strong.

Prediction: Counter Logic Gaming 35% | Echo Fox 65%

100 Thieves vs. Team SoloMid – Game 2

The 100 Thieves completely flipped their performance, taking both games earlier in week 3, placing them equal first. Similarly, Team SoloMid also had an amazing week 3, taking down their arch rivals Cloud9, and the Golden Guardians. While these two teams were established at vastly different times, allowing TSM to have much more experience, game 2 will be a close one, with both 100 and TSM both being on a roll.

Prediction: 100 Thieves 52% | Team SoloMid 48%

Clutch Gaming vs. Golden Guardians – Game 3

Clutch Gaming’s first game in week 3 saw them lose to the 100 Thieves. In a massive twist of events, CG managed to defeat Team Liquid, one of the teams tied for first place. This shows Clutch Gaming has what it takes to defeat the top teams, let alone the Golden Guardians. The Golden Guardians on the other hand are on a three loss streak, even falling to the hands of FlyQuest.

Prediction: Clutch Gaming 73% | Golden Guardians 27%

NA LCS match predictions and game analysis for Week 4, Day 1

Team Liquid vs. OpTic Gaming – Game 4

Team Liquid are a strong contender to take out the 2018 NALCS Summer Split. However, they have displayed quite large inconsistencies in their play, losses recorded against the Golden Guardians and Clutch Gaming. OpTic were looking fairly strong at the conclusion of week 2, defeating Echo Fox. Disappointingly, OpTic dropped both their games in week 3, against CLG and 100. TL are clearly the stronger team.

Prediction: Team Liquid 85% | OpTic Gaming 15%

Cloud9 vs. FlyQuest – Game 5

Cloud9 has fell a long way, currently the last team in the NA LCS Summer Split standings. C9 has only managed to scrape a single win throughout the first three weeks, with that win being against OpTic Gaming. C9 are clearly struggling this split and currently show no sign of obvious improvement. FlyQuest are by no means one of the top teams, however, due to Cloud9’s recent fall from glory, FQ are favoured to win the match.

Prediction: Cloud9 40% | FlyQuest 60%
