Best Twitch Counter-Strike Channels – Where to Watch CS2

The Twitch Counter-Strike scene is enormous, growing at a rate the game has never seen before. Combined with soaring player counts for the game itself, Counter-Strike has never been healthier.

However, some content is better than others, and these are the best Twitch CS2 channels that you can watch online.

ESL

Perhaps the best out there is the ESL CS2 Twitch channel. ESL hosts many of the biggest CS2 tournaments, and Twitch is the place to find them. When there’s a Major in progress, they’ll often venture above six-figure viewer counts, killing the Counter-Strike dying argument dead in it’s tracks.

One of the most underrated parts of the ESL CS2 Twitch channel is the reruns. When there’s not an ESL game happening, ESL plays 24/7 reruns of past tournaments, so you’ll never run out of CS2 matches to watch.

ESL always attracts the best casting talent, so whether its Scrawny and Launders, Anders and Moses, or Harry and Hugo, you can bet your favorites will be providing the soundtrack to your competitive Counter-Strike experience.

BLAST.tv

BLAST.tv is similar to ESL, in that at the moment, it’s hosting many of the Tier 1 CS2 competitions. It has grown fast, and will even host its first Major in May, with the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2o23. BLAST.tv has achieved this through elite production quality, quickly rivaling the very best, seemingly from nowhere. More competition is good though, as it makes everyone step up their game. With such high-quality options available to fans, it’s not hard to see why the competitive scene is growing at its current rate.

BLAST.tv also host a lot of smaller tournaments in Tier 2 and below, so it’s a great option for players looking to expand their knowledge of the CS2 pro scene.

Champions of Champions Tour (CCT)

The Champions of Champions Tour (CCT) is one of the best Tier 2 tournaments out there in the CS2 pro scene. It’s a relatively new tournament, so fans of competitive CS2 may still be unfamiliar, but many of the top teams have joined CCT as a way to grind out matches online.

These CS2 Twitch streams feature teams like Astralis and 9INE, teams capable of beating the best on their day, so the standard of Counter-Strike is very high. Perhaps the best part is that it’s happening all year round, so you’re never without Twitch CS2 content for too long!

Elisa Esports

Elisa Esports host many Twitch CS2 tournaments, and are very much like CCT in that they’re ideal for fans of Tier 2 CS2. The best thing about keeping in the loop about Tier 2 is that many players go on to bigger and better things, and you can know all about them early.

Elisa Esports tournaments aren’t quite as frequent as CCT, but these Twitch CS2 streams definitely feature a similar level of competition. Learning from Tier 2 tournaments can make you better at competitive CS2. Sure, there are other ways to learn too – you can perfect your crosshair, or adjust your Counter-Strike rates, but watching the game itself is always the best way to do it.

FAQs

The main type of CS2 Twitch content aside from actual gameplay usually revolves around case openings. This can be interesting, as it can give you an insight into how low the CS2 case odds really are. Often, these streamers will spend thousands in a single stream opening cases, and not get a single item of any value. It can definitely be a humbling experience, but also serves as a great way to live vicariously without having to spend money on cases yourself.
