The Code of Conduct features guiding principles that address the importance of maintaining integrity, safety and fair play in esports. The AESA will work with the esports industry to ensure broad implementation and regulation of adherence to the Code.
It provides a framework for all stakeholders in esports with minimum expectations for professionalism and conduct in esports.

Anti-Discrimination Policy
The AESA is dedicated to fostering inclusive, harassment-free gaming and has zero-tolerance for all forms of bullying, discriminating, and threatening behaviour. Such behaviours are harmful to the individual and to the integrity of esports.
It will reflect best practice and put first the interests of all participants in Australian esports as equal and inclusive.
